  • Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early Before your session
  • A waiver must be signed before entering the room
  • A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for anyone under 18.
  • Ages 6 to 14 must be accompanied in the room by a parent
  • Protective gear must be worn while in the smash room
  • Only closed toed shoes- no sandals, flip flops, high heels, etc.
  • No expecting mothers
  • No person under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications may enter the room
  • No person with injuries may enter the room
  • You may use your own phone or camera to record your session. We will not be responsible for damages to your device
  • Cussing, swearing and yelling are strongly encouraged
